- You learn how to bring your attention inward through focusing awareness on the breath, sound vibrations and eye movements
- You practice yoga poses that enable greater freedom of movement in your joints and strengthen your muscles
- You will be guided through a deep relaxation, learning how to physically relax and mentally unwind
- You will receive instructions in breathing techniques and meditation for greater mental concentration, peace, stillness…
What to bring to a Yoga class
- Loose comfortable clothes
- Yoga Mat and blanket
- Pillow(s), blocks, and bolsters can also be helpful/useful props that you may with to bring with you as well
- Please try not to eat for an hour or two before coming to class
